Don't love that they've lowered the site inventory goal based on transfer of RHNA numbers to the city. They left of county properties within city limits even though I have repeatedly asked for their inclusion at every public outreach (namely county office building on first st in downtown Napa specific plan, which is the densest residential zoning we have).

Realistic sites except one that is state-identified and they're not sure which part is developable. Very focused on 20du sites so that they can qualify as affordable. Very conservative ADU estimate.

Taking it seriously despite the fact that the city of Napa and American Canyon have volunteered to take the whole RHNA. County is generally pro-housing, but the small number of speakers were soft-spoken, well-mannered nimbys. Maybe "concerned" is better than NIMBY. Concerned In My Backyard.
